The retreat was such a huge success!!

With the proceeds of the 2021 Creative Soul Retreat, I was able to purchase 35 Therapeutic art kits and mixed media journals for children of our community through Dorchester Children who suffer from abuse. Read more about it here.

Focus Sessions

The Create Again sponsored retreat will be just enough information while creating and a perfect amount of relaxing, so that you lower stress with more focus and passion.

Immerse the soul in relaxation with a creative intervention, yoga, meditation, and sound therapy. The benefits of each provide an essential aspect of emotional, physical and psychological wellbeing. Together these recreation paths can help you balance your life and deepen your connection with the soul.

Creative Soul

Discover different parts of your mind, including that elusive creative part that others only seam to have. You don’t have to be an artist to gain the benefits of a re-creation. You will intuitively paint your own canvas while tapping into different levels of consciousness. You will learn to spread your wings and understand your thoughts of the soul.
