Documentaries and healing books that have helped me over the years along with new information I always seek out are suggested for you. You can find them in audio or book format.
I’ve come and gone through spiritual paths and awakenings. I’ve allowed myself to open up long enough to be enlightened and receive tools along my journey. Sometimes without mindful practicing and prayer, I slip back into old ways of narrow thinking, limiting beliefs and not being present while ignoring my intuition. I’m human.

I’ve taken time to educate and enlighten myself with healing books so that in times of uncertainty I can steer myself back into a world where I allow my mind to open and grow and be present.

Prayer Journal for Women:
I’m working on this one right now. I also journal in my healing art journals, but this is a nice addition of spiritual bible quotes.
How to Get Shit Done:
This second healing book is one of those books, you will remember forever. At least in my experience, it was a hard wake-up and one I hope I don’t forget.
I was feeling very overwhelmed and finding it hard to get it all done. At times, helpless and depressed that I couldn’t seem to get it together. I can’t remember what I searched for exactly, but I’m so glad I came across a book that changed my life, How to Get Sh*t Done.
The book shows you how to develop a schedule, but not in the traditional sense. It’s more about why we don’t need to do all the extra stuff we subconsciously and literally put onto ourselves. Obvious answer to how am I going to do it all? Don’t do it.
The author, Erin Falconer, is not suggesting you be careless with responsibility and blatantly not do what’s needed of you. She craft-fully explains to women readers (or listeners in my case) that we put too much on our to-do list and unconsciously try to carry out what society has projected onto us as women. The more we do, the more we can get done.
This is a must read!! I have listened to it several times and refer back to it often. I respect it immensely and the author for being transparent and the approach to stop doing everything so we as women can achieve anything.
